Wreath Policy

We at Designer Wreaths Unlimited want to make your purchase as easy as possible.

Several years ago, I decided to put together a wreath for Easter. I had no clue how to do it, but it turned out pretty good and others wanted one so that is how it all began.

My style as my husband says is elegant and I also like glam... sparkles. You will see that in some of my wreaths with pearls and rhinestones added. Your wreath whether on the door or on a wall will attract your visitors attention. I hope this is as beautiful as you expect-in fact I think they are much prettier in person than on the web. The demension of the wreath is hard to capture with a phone camera. Some of the purples don't come out well online. Most wreaths are 24 inches when finished.
You can always choose, different color bows, poly figurines, birds etc. to any wreath.

Special Orders are welcome. If you want a special order I can do it and will send you pictures before it is sent.

Accepted payment methods: Pay with Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover or PayPal
You do not need a PayPal Account to pay for your items through PayPal. You can choose the PayPal Option during checkout. After you submit your order, click the "Pay Now" button. Scroll down and you will see the option to pay with a Credit or Debit Card WITHOUT having to sign up for a PayPal Account.

Shipping: Your wreath is shipped within 2-3 days of payment, usually sooner. I will notify you as soon as the package is shipped.
I take great care in packing the wreath to insure that it arrives in perfect condition. If your ordered the wreath box, it will be sent in Packages cannot be shipped to a P.O. Address.

Sorry, no International orders - along with Puerto Rico, Hawaii or Alaska.

Refunds and Exchanges: I want you to be 100% satisfied with your wreath, but if not please contact me within three (2) days of receipt. The wreath will need to be returned within seven (5) days of receiving the item in the original box, secured just as it was shipped to you. You will be responsible for the return shipping charges. Once I receive the item in satisfactory condition, I will refund your purchase price minus the shipping fee.

Additional policies: If you are displaying your wreath outdoors, I would suggest that you hang it on a door with an overhang so that it is not directly exposed to the sun or the elements. I also recommend that you do not hang the wreath behind a glass screen door since the glue will not withstand prolonged heat. I hang mine outside the screen door.

Also note: If you are hanging your wreath on a black or dark door, keep your wreaths lighter as dark colors don't show up as well. I have a black door.
